EyeThree Neural Dashboard

Using ground-breaking proprietary FMRI techniques, EyeThree is opening the door to individual neural performance and character analysis. Within 82 billable hours, I prepared the team for fundraising by onboarding quickly and brainstorming concepts. I prepared engineering tickets and founded the monorepo codebase with a UI kit, marketing site, and mobile app prototype. My services also included iterations, Auth0 hookup, AWS setup, visual design, and more.

As the sole engineer, I built and operate 99Dev— cookie free analytics for $1/month. Pay only for what you use. No trials, premiums, or thresholds. Built with Docker, Fastify Node JS, PostgreSQL, Reddis, Haproxy, Svelte, Bootstrap, and more. Hosted on low-cost virtual linux. Includes a marketing site w/Hugo CMS, CDN for scripts, REST API, web app w/Stripe integration, and a functional demo that re-uses app code.

As both a Senior Engineering Manager and the 1st engineer at FastlaneFi, I was responsible for building and operating the company's entire UX surface to grow from 0 to 600,000+ MAUs. I established and maintained agile development practices company-wide and directly hired, managed, and mentored 7+ engineers while also providing technical guidance and coordinating work with the other engineering, design, and compliance teams, as well as regular reporting to the CEO and CTO. Core technologies included React, Bootstrap, NextJS, WordPress, and Stencil.

Hyperfine MRI Viewer

As the sole UI engineer company wide, I built and operated several Hyperfine web apps including this world's first point-of-care MRI viewer. This app is critical to Hyperfine's FDA approvals and AI model training and runs great on mobile and desktop via installable PWA. Core technologies include Svelte, Bootstrap, WebGL.

Hyperfine Account Manager

This app services the entire Hyperfine customer base, allowing them to self service their user accounts and devices. I graphic designed and built the entire web app using Bootstrap, SveltKit, and freebie assets. The app has SSR and uses Node, Redis, and in-house APIs and looks great on apple, android, and desktop.

Hyperfine MRI Controller

The digital-physical interface (IoT) for operating the Swoop MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) scanner. I hired and led a team of 3 short-term contract engineers to replace the nearly decade old MRI controller on a tight deadline. The new PWA is extensible, installable, feels native, supports i18n, and targets support for iPad safari. It's built with Bootstrap and Svelte and includes an abstracted UI kit.

WeWork Smartdesk Booking

As the sole product engineer on the Smart Desk team, I built the WeWork booking and administration tools which provided realtime occupancy information allowing members to reserve space instantly and remotely. WeWork product teams gain valuable insights into occupancy, desirability, and other metrics about the space. I leveraged an MQTT backend, in-house designs, and built an installable PWA with Svelte.

Kegel trainer and tracker focused on performance enhancement. Serverless and 100% private, this mobile PWA (progressive web app) is built with Svelte, Bootstrap, and PouchDB and features push notifications, vibration, and sound alerts.
